1949 : Roger Meddows Taylor was born at Kings Lynn Hospital. 'Meddows' was a family name passed down successive Taylor generations and was given to Roger as his middle name. [61 years]
1986 : Roger had a special birthday party in Budapest. [24 years]
1989 : Queen released video for The Invisible Man from The Miracle album. It was recoded in the Pinewood studios and directed by Rudi Dolezal and Hannes Rossacher on the day of Roger's 40 (a smaller party came after). [21 years] 
1989 : Queen was filming a video for The Invisible Man at Elstree Studios, Borehamwood, UK. Roger was also given a big birthday cake. [21 years]
1999 : Roger played We Will Rock You and Rock And Roll on his private birthday party at Cornwall, UK. [11 years]

1970 : Barry Mitchell's friend told him he knew a guy called Roger Taylor, who's band were looking for a bass player. He gave Barry Roger's number, Barry called him and went for an audition at Imperial College. [40 years]
1982 : Queen live at Madison Square Garden, New York, USA. [28 years]
1986 : Queen live at Nepstadion, Budapest, Hungary, in front of 80 000 fans. The concert was filmed by Mafilm and later released on VHS and lasers disc. Footage was also distributed and played in cinemas. [24 years]
1992 : Barcelona was re-issued in the UK having the same content but different cover with photo taken from video. [18 years]

1982 : Queen live on Hot Space Tour at Madison Square Garden, New York, USA. [28 years]
1986 : Freddie's video EP entered the UK video chart at number 1. [24 years]
1989 : Roger held a 40th birthday party at his home in Surrey, and invited 1000 guests. It was a "School Days" theme party, and everyone dressed up. The party made news headlines as Roger had hired 4 powerful searchlights to scan the sky. They could be seen up to 25 miles away, and it was a clear night, and people thought they were seeing UFOs. 1993 : Brian went to Redditch Studios to play guitar for Gordon Giltrap on a track Heartsong. [17 years]
1994 : Roger live at Walpole Park, Gosport, UK. [16 years]

1967 : Brian and Dave Dilloway joined Bill Richards to record some songs for Left Handed Marriage band at Abbey Road Studios, London, UK. They recorded Appointment, She Was Once My Friend and I Need Time. This was Brian's first time in a major recording studio. [43 years]

1982 : Queen live on Hot Space Tour at Richfield Coliseum, Cleveland, USA. [28 years]
1991 : Brian went to see Guns N' Roses gig at Wembley Stadium, London, UK. He also presented Axl Rose with a Queen gold disc to thank him for recording a really good voice over for a Queen documentary made in America. [19 years]
